Sophia del Rosario, Dominican Republic native and mother of five, has been in the Virgin Islands for 25 years. An entrepreneur for 22 years and a cosmetology educator for 14, she's the only Hispanic with continuous education in both English and Spanish, boosting the local economy. Founder of EBM Academy of Cosmetology and leader of the Latin Women's Association, she's pursuing a bachelor's in spiritual counseling to empower youth with strong values and productivity policies.

Collister Fahie, born in St. Kitts & Nevis on January 1, 1969, embodies the values of hard work instilled in him from a young age. Over three decades in the Virgin Islands, he earned degrees in Paralegal Studies and Legal Studies, and dedicated himself to education and youth outreach. Fahie's tireless advocacy against corruption and commitment to community collaboration demonstrate his unwavering dedication to public service.
